Tony Thomas was born in New York City. His Parents from an early age engaged him in sports such as soccer, basketball, and track. It was at that point in time that he embraced sports and naturally maintained an active lifestyle as a youth. Thriving in sports earned him a division 1 scholarship to University of Delaware and later University of Charleston where he majored and attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine. Tony continued his studies at the University of Miami to further his knowledge in health sciences and became a Strength and Conditioning Specialist under the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Soon after, Tony began his media based active lifestyle blog on YouTube called Tony Thomas Sports. From here he acquired a large following and it translated into more opportunities to work with celebrities such as LeBron James, Tyrese Gibson, Kevin Hart, Dwayne Wade and More. As time progressed so did Tony Thomas when he developed and published the R.E.V. Strength System designed to help athletes of all sports react with increased explosion, velocity, and strength. Tony also founded a Fitness and Bikini Company called Fitness Kittenz, where many famous and influential fitness models came have gone through and still have a major impact in the wellness community. Tony is also passionate about offering financial planning and advisory to professional athletes and celebrities and has created a company called Workout Your Wealth, which allows people to live a healthy and financially stable lifestyle. Tony is on a mission to help everyone have an opportunity to embrace that experience of having financial security with optimal health.
Marc Josma is Basketball Skills, and Athletic Performance coach, who’s coaching career started in 2008. He has trained and consulted for many youth clubs, high schools, and colligate teams. Marc’s specialties on the court are educating athletes about basketball-specific footwork and ball manipulation concepts while enhancing court awareness of playmaking and dynamic finishing techniques of gameplay. Marc’s additional knowledge of athletic movements and development are assets that further enhance player development of the many youths to elite professionals who have crossed paths with him over the years—rebuilding athletes physically and mentally from injury or advancing abilities. Josma’s passion for basketball guides him to motivate, educate, and inspire others to be one they see within themselves.
