Grind All Summer (GAS) is not just a program, but an idea brought to life by Taylor Sports Group to fill a void in the routine of athletes everywhere. As much as summer is known to be a time for athletes to rest and enjoy their time off, THE TRUE ELITE KNOW THAT IN THE SUMMER IS WHEN PLAYERS ARE MADE. GAS gives the opportunity to players to enjoy the fruits of their labor, while maintaining a competitive training routine and a driven mentality to be better than the rest. Our team of performance specialists and athletic trainers whom have played at the professional level themselves, have designed and developed fully customizable plans to meet every athlete’s individual goals.Whether it be a professional athlete or a hungry underdog looking to up his game, we believe that grinding and striving to be the best is a way of life. Our program is created with all the dreamers and go-getters in mind and formulated from the understanding of what a true offseason encompasses. Our expertise is helping athletes at the top of their game reach their goals faster. Our goal is to provide an environment for all to achieve a maximum level of greatness. With over 12 years of experience, Taylor Sports Group understands and values the true essences of how limited and valuable a professional athletes off season really is. GAS is not only the ideal program for those looking to stay sharp during the off season, but a way of life and mentality to carry through ALL seasons.

DR. Sharif Tabbah

Dr Sharif received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2012 from New York University. Prior to that he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) sanctioned by the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2010 and earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business and Marketing at the University of Connecticut in 2006. Dr Sharif has been in the health and fitness industry since 2003 when he entered the field as a nationally certified personal trainer, which sparked a passion and resulted in a dramatic change in career path. Dr Sharif specializes in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation, with years of experience both treating and training a variety of populations including countless professional athletes from the National Football League, National Basketball Association, Major League Baseball, Women’s Tennis Association, USA Olympics teams, NCAA college athletes and more. He previously spent 4 years working along side Bommarito Performance Systems and other medical disciplines to assist with NFL Combine preparation and NFL veteran off-season training camps, functioning as the Medical Director of the North Miami Beach professional athlete training facility. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Dr Sharif utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to returning athletes to high-level performance through a combination of manual rehabilitative therapy along with strength and conditioning to help patient’s reach their goals and quickly return to sport or activity.

Tony Thomas

Tony Thomas was born in New York City. His Parents from an early age engaged him in sports such as soccer, basketball, and track. It was at that point in time that he embraced sports and naturally maintained an active lifestyle as a youth. Thriving in sports earned him a division 1 scholarship to University of Delaware and later University of Charleston where he majored and attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine. Tony continued his studies at the University of Miami to further his knowledge in health sciences and became a Strength and Conditioning Specialist under the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Soon after, Tony began his media based active lifestyle blog on YouTube called Tony Thomas Sports. From here he acquired a large following and it translated into more opportunities to work with celebrities such as LeBron James, Tyrese Gibson, Kevin Hart, Dwayne Wade and More. As time progressed so did Tony Thomas when he developed and published the R.E.V. Strength System designed to help athletes of all sports react with increased explosion, velocity, and strength. Tony also founded a Fitness and Bikini Company called Fitness Kittenz, where many famous and influential fitness models came have gone through and still have a major impact in the wellness community. Tony is also passionate about offering financial planning and advisory to professional athletes and celebrities and has created a company called Workout Your Wealth, which allows people to live a healthy and financially stable lifestyle. Tony is on a mission to help everyone have an opportunity to embrace that experience of having financial security with optimal health.

Thomas Dillon

Thomas Dillon is a basketball skill trainer who grew up playing with teams such as Houston Defenders, Houston Hoops, and Houston Franchise. He has most recently played basketball at Florida National University (FNU) after Graduating from Wake Forest University. During his two years at FNU Thomas was selected as two-time Team Captain, Two-time Beach Bash Invitational All-Tournament Team selection & a 2020 Tournament MVP. Thomas garnered All-Academic Team honors while completing his Masters in Business at FNU. As a part of the TSG team Thomas has worked with Youth ranging from Elementary kids through G League Select Players. In addition he has experience working with college players, overseas players and NBA players ranging from G league players to All-Stars. As a trainer Thomas Dillon emphasizes the fundamentals of basketball focusing on shooting, ball handling, Iq and passing. He then takes these concepts and incorporates them into game actions to give the players the ability to make game like reads and reactions. Thomas evaluates players to identify areas of growth in order to place clients in situations outside of their comfort zone in efforts to improve their versatility . Off the court Thomas aim’s to teach the kids the power of using their support to further their education and network in hopes of aiding in creating a well rounded individual.

Marc joSMA

Marc Josma is Basketball Skills, and Athletic Performance coach, who’s coaching career started in 2008. He has trained and consulted for many youth clubs, high schools, and colligate teams. Marc’s specialties on the court are educating athletes about basketball-specific footwork and ball manipulation concepts while enhancing court awareness of playmaking and dynamic finishing techniques of gameplay. Marc’s additional knowledge of athletic movements and development are assets that further enhance player development of the many youths to elite professionals who have crossed paths with him over the years—rebuilding athletes physically and mentally from injury or advancing abilities. Josma’s passion for basketball guides him to motivate, educate, and inspire others to be one they see within themselves.
